Prevent Child Abuse and Know the Signs
Help us end and prevent childhood abuse and sexual abuse. Tools you can use to stay safe.

At Water 4 Seeds, we understand that the needs of children are manifold and contributory to their literacy and overall quality of life. Abuse is a contributing factor to children's ability learn and focus in school. Abuse in all forms can affect a child's ability to focus on school work and keep up their grades. It is important that we as parents recognize the signs of abuse with our children and the children in our community.
It is important to document, gather evidence (legally), and notify our local law enforcement if we suspect that our child or a child we know is experiencing abuse. It's important to note that abuse can be categorized as sexual abuse, physical abuse (physical injuries and hitting) or emotional abuse, to name a few.
We think it's important that we stay diligent as parents and community members so that we can recognize the signs of abuse and notify the proper authorities.
